That was so sad...but so sweet at the same time. The fact that they were both so lonely, so unaccustomed to social interaction that it took them so long to recognize what was right in front of them, made my heart ache.
Ron is such an unbelievable prat. (The fanfic-ers really make him out to be the bad guy, don't we. :) )He knew what he was getting into when he got together with Hermione, yet he felt compelled to destroy her because of it. Leaving her for a Veela...the audacity of that weasel.
An all around great fic. I'm glad that Severus finally got the girl!

This was a great fic. An interesting spin on the travesty that was the death of Snape in Deathly Hallows. If you ask me Severus Snape deserved a better ending than what Rowling gave him and you delivered it remarkably well.

And you said you didn't write well in first person...That was great! I loved that you switched back and forth between Hermione's thoughts and Severus'. It was so sweet and heart warming (even without the smut)
