Sounds good so far. Good plot idea. I wonder how Draco is going to get that ring...It seems Hermione is going to be doing some research on this soon. Hmm, maybe once Draco has got the ring, he won't want to give it to Voldy any more. I shall have to wait and see, I suppose. Look forward to more!

Nice start! Interesting that you associated an emerald with Rowena Ravenclaw. I suspect that that's because the ring actually belonged to Salazar Slytherin, who'd given it to her, right? ;) Can't wait for the rest of the story.
