I'm not a fan of Ron either but I'm glad you redeemed him. I think it would be too unrealistic to have everyone turning on Hermione just because Ron's gay, it's weird enough that Harry would be off with her. I loved the description of the picture of Hermione and Sev at the beach, it reminded me of Johnny Depp in Sweeny Todd when he's sat at the beach in old style swimwear scowling :)

Yes, it is definitely sad. My nickname isn't Wonder Wuss for nothing as I sit her crying. Glad that you are writing a story for SS, but it doesn't make this one easier. I am so glad that you had her tell SS that he was her soul mate. I had thought it was a shame when she was thinking it earlier that SS would never know how much he meant to her. It's hard to be happy for Lucius when so sad for Severus. p

Very enjoyable read. I was kind of thrown in the last chapter when they were so argumentative and then saying that arguing is "what they do", as it seemed that they had melded together (in spite of their drastic differences) once she got passed his past until the issue of work came up between them. The epilogue had them back as I had pictured throughout the story with Lucius being sweet again. Thank you for many hours of reading pleasure and for sharing your talents with us. p

Yay and kudos to Draco, Lucius and Hermione (and SS deserves credit for teaching HG to defend herself). This is my favorite chapter of all three stories so far. I love your characters. p

Lucius has a deeper problem in his relationship with Hermione than her job. It is not very mature of her to run to SS the first time she has an argument with Lucius. Not very fair of her when she has threatened Lucius with SS before. While he cannot dictate her life choices, coming in and finding her back in the exact job that caused him to almost lose her was not the way to do it. She should have talked to him so that emotions did not surface before the first word was uttered. p

See what a good man SS is? He could have swooped in and taken advantage of LM's leaving. And since he did not know how Lucius felt, he obviously cut off his friendship for her. Excellent! p

Recently discovered your story which I greatly enjoyed. Thanks for writing. I'm so glad I didn't pass this by because it isn't my most favorite couple. A lot of the stories I've read don't portray Lucius in a kind light, this definitely showed a different side. Again thanks for writing this trilogy.
