Oh well done, I love that they knew about Hermione and Lucius, it kind of gives you a feeling of hope. It's no longer a secret. Glad you have posted,I love your stuff and was so excited to see a new fic by you. Will we get the third installment soon?

I don't even like Barry Manilow, but I thought that particular song was an excellent choice for your story. It's so painful to be with someone when your heart belongs to another. You could really taste the angst in their situation. I'm glad they were finally able to have their happy ending.

I love the Barry Manilow one. I've never listened to him but with the lyrics and the story I get the song. I'm going to have to do a more in depth review once the plot bunnies stop running around like little lunatics.

As for what Ron did, I'll leave it at he opened his mouth. I was trying to figure out something he could have done but I couldn't come up with something that would fit the story.

Snape's Goddess: So sad....I can see it going down like that...I used to hate that song because it made me think of cheating and I despise cheaters, but then you grow up and realize things sometimes aren't so black and white...and in Lucius and Hermione's world, it sometimes seems like the only plausible thing...although I love the stories where Lucius really has made a complete turn about. This was great. Thanks..

Ms. Helen's Snape: Oh wow...both of these felt so authentic. I love how the first one started out and progressed to need. And I loved the Father Figure song, it fits my image of him and you were mean to leave us like that with Careless Whisper, but I like the angst and not knowing. If Lucius will have her, I'd wager she'd leave Ron.

Gertie: Dammit! Hermione and her Gryffindor values...the way they connected was so hawt!! So sad that she had to cut ties though although from your ending, it may not be totally over? : ) That could be an extended fic...I really liked it a lot.

I can't wait to see where this goes. I was still in elementary school in the eighties so most of the songs that I tend to think of are in the 90's. But I still can hear some of the songs in my head as I was reading the stories. I think we are going to have a lot of fun with this challenge.

SoftObsidian74, this was so sad! I willed for Lucius to leave Narcissa, and to go to Hermione, but alas it never came. It was sad to know that even after Hermione married she still thought of Lucius. It made my heart ache, and it was a pure pleasure to read.
