Snape should have discussed terms with Hermione before they called the first demon! His were very specific, but hers! That was way to ambiguous and open-ended. All she claimed was that 'she would never compel anyone to suffer her presences'... the rest was mumblings the demon made. I would think that what was specifically stated by the deal-maker would be what was to be agreed on, not suppositions on unvoiced thoughts. Don't like the sound of that.

Hmmm...so Hermione desires a mate. This could get interesting. I'm suspecting the demon to use 'Slytherin tactics' to get Hermione's price to be 'paid in full.' I can't wait to see what dirty tricks will be up the proverbial sleeves of the involved parties to perpetuate or prevent the demon's 'payment.'
