I was squirming in my seat, the list for extra credit made me so uncomfortable. But this shower scene made it all better! Still, giving her virginity to a teacher (!) whom she has basically just met, must be extremely distressing for her. I wonder whether she will balk at some point. Oh, I am so looking forward to all the changed perspectives after the Hermiones are switched back!

Yes! Shower Scene! What an exciting way to start off the journey to real-Hermione's deflowerment. But I do hope (for her sake) that it's just serious foreplay in the shower - not that shower sex isn't exciting as hell - I just think that she'd want a bed for her first time. But I digress...I know you've already got it all mapped out and I'm certain it will end up being good for her wherever AU-Snape might end up taking her.
What can I say about real-Snape? He seems pissed beyond belief and I suspect that he is going to take it out on AU-Hermione in spades! I hope she has some purple pain potion in her healer's bag. I have a feeling she'll need it when he's through with her.

I see your point, especially the guilt. That is indeed very much like canon-Hermione. Too bad she will be just one in a long line of students for Snape, even if she is his first virgin. In that light, I wonder how she will react to canon Snape when she retuns, and he to her; he does seem like the possessive type, unlike au-Snape. Because I do hope you will continue this story, and SS/HG (inter)action, after they switch back.
But I will just have to wait for all that, right? ;)))

Whoo Hoo Hermione! Way to grow a pair! I'm glad she finally got her digs in Parvati for poisoning her.
I can't help but subscribe to the adage that "the more things change, the more they stay the same". What I mean is that even though the worlds the Hermiones find themselves in have changed, there are still some strong parallels between the people they interact with. For instance AU-Tom and real-Tom: they are both cold, calculating bastards. They both have no problems with cursing people when it serves their purpose. It will be interesting to see what sort of information AU-Tom could possibly want from real-Dumbledore.
I also see the same similarities you described between the two Snapes. They are both most certainly a product of their environments. I hope that they each can be what their respective Hermiones need in the extra credit room. Real-Hermione deserves to have a sweeter, less heartless Snape for her first time. Then she might actually be prepared for the true Snape. The reverse seems true for the AU-Hermione. Perhaps getting pummeled by the real-Snape will give her a greater appreciation of the Snape she has access to in her own world.
One question: is that a lemon orchard up ahead? Or does impending orchard only grow limes? Not that I don't enjoy the limes...it's just we have all been patiently waiting for some lemons in your stories (this one and A Turn for the Better.) Personally I have a taste for lemonade if you feel so inclined to serve it up!
Regardless, I'm looking forward to both Hermiones' extra credits! Thanks for the entertaining reads!
