That was something else. I have read many stories of horrible ways that Hermiones paretns have met their demise but that one takes the cake. I dare say that would break the strongest of souls. Great job I am completly in love with this story. The caring and strong Severus is quite the hero althought without being unbelievable. Can't wit for the update.

I really wish authors would quit apologizing for writing 'long chapters'. Thank goodness you write well, otherwise a long chapter would be torture! Honestly, long chapters are better. There's nothing I hate more than just getting into a chapter only to have it abruptly end. Anyone who actually wants a shorter chapter should stick with reading 'drabbles' or the Sunday Funnies. [Sorry about that last line, it just slipped out.]

You are killing me. I have no idea what could have happened to her that would couse this kind of downward spiral. This is Hermione we are talking about, brilliant Griffindor. She should be able to bounce back from anything or at least put it in a proper logical perspective.. I am Loving your Severus he has a quirky truth to his character that is very endearing. Great chapter can't wait for more.
