hermione bitterness was felt, as for draco's pain. such sadness in both lives wonder if they could connect and forgive. lovely as always

(Chapters 5 & 6)
I thought it was incredibly sad when Draco found out Severus Snape was related to Ian and Tish Cavanaugh, had saved Tish, and yet hadn't known he was saving family.
These chapters show how incredibly much Draco Malfoy has changed from the once spoiled little rich boy. He's found a sense of purpose and something to believe in through Tish, Ian, and The Church, and he's even become somewhat self-deprecating. His many moments of feeling unworthy are very poignant and touching. I particularly liked the ending of Chapter 6, where Draco finds is in indeed able to go on the grounds of Hogwarts, and that is able to sccept Hargrid's kindness and be kind in return as well as respectful. Even calling him "Sir". It shows the long way Draco has come, but it's the risk he takes telling Tish the truth, his trust, and his readiness to accept her actions that is the most telling of all. Excellent writing.

I'm SO glad to see you posting these fabulous stories on AFF!
You are a wonderfully talented writer, your work is so original and evocative, so real and believable, you make your readers feel for your characters, which is always a hallmark of good writing. I read through them all on FF.net, but now I'll read them all again here as well and, yay!, have the chance to review. I promise not to gush too much, but it will be difficult, already knowing how awesome these stories are.
