I may be repetitive but... even if hermione stays away off the things she`s not good at, we still know they exist. That is the good thing about literature (and movies some time). We, readers, have bigger (or at least some times) views than the characters. Even in harry potter books were all we saw was trought harry`s eyes, we could see the flaws and good things in characters (altough harry was pretty anoying most of times)That`s what I`m missing here.

I usually have very good feelings about your hermione, i just think she`s wrong this time, but I can understand it. She doesn`t want her "new" doughter feel bad, and so she stop thinking about her "old" people feelings. I understand it but don`t share it. I think a lot of mum`s would be very worried about their "old" sons feelings, and found very obvious wat`s going on. And that sending a howler was a very cruel thing to do to a girl that clearly is having problems.

In other ways she doesn`t know eileen.

Jus... give Rose a break will you, she had enough terrible chapters until now. It would be good to see How Eillen reacts to frustration. Being snape`s doughter and knowing His reactions to frustration, not very well. Winey snape XD XD XD

MND: You know, when I was writing Hermione's reaction to Hugo's letter, and the Howler scene I was reaching back to my own experiences with my parents. How they immediately believed what my sister or other people told them without even listening to my side of it, or asking me about it. There are always at least two sides of a story, or more depending on who you talk to, so I was very aware of the unfairness of Hermione's reaction, but also of why she had it. She really is concerned about Eileen feeling alienated before she gets a chance to know her. Plus, the idea of anyone ganging up on anyone probably doesn't sit right with her. She has no idea about Rose's problem. Parents often don't see what's in front of their faces until it's too late. She felt Rose should be punished for her actions and since she is at Hogwarts, she sent a howler and took away her broom. That seems standard, since Alsop had his broom taken away too. Lol about giving Rose a break. She's seen the light now. Even the best people can have rocky moments. She's just gone through a few stones. ;)

Excellent. I look forward to reading the next chapter. I think that Rose will get into more trouble with Hermione but once Hermione hears why she told, I think that she will understand.

JA JA JA... really? in your own experience? Should I say thank good because my parents never believed any of us (we are 3 brothers) when we said it was the other fault o we said the other did something wrong? Imean, they investigated (specially my mom, she is like holmes)

Anyway, i still hope better times for rose

Lacrimosa: I'm not sure how Eileen is going to handle meeting Hermione, or her reactions to her. I doubt she takes issue with her dad though. She's a logical girl, and nothing can change the past (except a Time Turner). If she does get along with Hermione, she will probably just start from where she is.

hmmmmmmmm...I still Hermione is behaving stupid. I don't know why, she just is.

I hope Hugo and Eileen become friends. I'd like that idea.

As for my question, I just realized you answer them in the "reviews", which explains so much, lol. But yes, I guess you sort of answered it without giving the rest of your story away.

Do you think Lucius will make an appearence in the story? hehehehe. I would get a kick outta that. Eileen hanging around Uncle Lucius. :-)

I was just reading your story for the first time, and I think it's awesome! I love the interaction between Rose and Eileen! Can't wait to see more of the sibling encounters!

I'm very curious about something. Eileen has chosen to forgive her father, and sort of figures that she doesn't need a mother because she has been so loved by her father. But the only thing Eileen knows about mothers is what she experienced with that absolute harpy of a surrogate. She has never known a mother's love. When she meets Hermione and realizes exactly what she's missed out on, will she feel the same? Will she stand by her decision to forgive Snape, or will she get angry with him? Or even a mix of both? I particularly can't wait to see how she feels about her father's decision later on.

I loved every bit of it, and can't wait for the next update!

This is getting even more intruiging - am I to guess correctly that Ron is one of Odessa's guests? Can't wait for more Severus and Hermione interaction, can feel the underlying sexual attraction from over here.

I am really enjoying this story even though it does not seem like Severus and Hermione are going to end up together. Since there was another appearance of Odessa I am wondering if she is going to end up Severus
