Suggestion... use the back door to the program and then email the file to someone who has MSWord. In turn, they can open it and then send it back. As for the person who stole your card, my advise is contact the credit card company and use the theft clause. That should get back your money and they will send a new card account to be verified via signature. If they fail to comply then you can sue them for breach of contract. Give them Hell and good luck.
