Wow. This is a really surprising and really good story. Naruto/Potter crossovers generally don't work and I've never really seen one pulled off successfully. This, however, was something else entirely.
First of all, I love how it is Itachi/Harry. Its such the odd pairing but I love how you went beyond the standard and paired Harry up age wise with a pre-massacre Itachi. Harry looking after Naruto is also a delightful change. I've read this story in one sitting and now I'm eagerly anticipating the next chapter ~~ the sooner the better. I love how Naruto takes to the mysterious Harii (btw, love love love the babble-fish spells Harry uses and everyone else's Japanese interpretation of his name. ^^) The way having just one person treat him like a human makes him want to better himself makes me smile. Although the brutality in which the ANBU try to find out Harry's identity and the negative associations assumed by his company with the village demon was a great twist that I didn't see coming. Like I said before, can't wait for the next chapter~!

I want you to imagine, if you will, a short but well built creature that does not appear to have a gender. This creature has bluish skin and shockingly green and black hair on its head that it has braided into many small braids, each adorned with tinkling charms and bits of stick, bones, and metal. It wears thick leather gauntlets and a chest plate over black robes and it carries with it a heavy war staff. The ground is struck by the staff at odd intervals as intones in a deep baritone voice, "Update," over and over again.
Now imagine this creature following you around until you update this story.
That is me and I have to say your story is absolutely addicting.
But I would like you to keep that image in your head, because in my mind, the creature is following you around, as you dishes, waiting outside the bathroom (I'm not that creepy), and outside the bedroom (again, not that creepy), as you go to school or work (or both), and as you go about your day.

I loved this chapter. I'm looking forward to seeing how the first meeting goes with Naruto and Harry. I'm also curious to see what Itachi and Sauske think of Harry helping Naruto.

there's a way to alert/favorite these stories, gonna have to figure that out, been just bookmarking my favorite stories and that does include this story, I do love the way it is going and I hope to continue to read and enjoy it.
