Lovely romance.
My only complaint is Horace taking over for Minerva... considering he was HER potions professor as Minerva was a contemporary of Tom Riddle. So Horace Slughorn should have been first to retire, or in his case return to retirement as his retiring is how Severus got the Potions job in the first place.

A good story overall, very nicely writen. The only quibble I have is them not knowing the others jobs. It's a bit hard to believe the Headmaster of Hogwarts would not know who the current potions professor of Beauxbatons is, especially as potions is his subject. it's even harder to believe the potions mistress of Beauxbatons would not know the identity of the Headmaster of Hogwarts

Did I end it too quickly? My feeling was that here are two single adults who know most of each others' history, they're not strangers and there was no need to string out the angst, really. I mean... they were in love so why put unnecessary obstacles in their way?
