This was a great chapter. I look forward to reading more to see exactly what Dumbledore has in store for Hermione. Why does he want to keep her around and not let her do what she wants? I hope that she and Severus will eventually become a couple and then maybe he can help protect her from Dumbledore.

Very nice story. I can see lots of room for exploring different directions. Your writing style has a good mixture of dialog and conversation. Don't worry about this latest chapter as it was a good bridge chapter which gave some insight into their personalities. Tempt your muse with chocolate cake (or whatever) and I know you'll be able to get into the flow. Oh, and thank you for you work to get this written.
