It's a very nice change of pace for you--Draco isn't obsessively scary! I like the lighter tone and more humorous setup, but the characters still have depth. This time it's Hermione who has a set project. I also like that Hermione isn't all virginal and sleeps with people she's not serious with. And the Ministry really should have a group monitoring the quality of education. Maybe schools for students too young for Hogwarts should also be in their jurisdiction? (Although in JKR's world, they all seem to be home-tutored.) And apprenticeships for post-Hogwarts people would come under them as well?

What happened to the muggleborn breeding story where Draco has a breast-feeding fetish? Did anyone take it over?
