Wow, that whole chapter was incredible. You really showed how in love Hermione and Draco were not just through their words but through their actions as well. I love this story, I've always been a sucker for fluffy stories. I can't wait for more! Keep up the great work.

Good job on the research! My husband is an OB/Gyn, and he's worked in all sorts of birthing situations. Our little town here doesn't have a doula, though the Mennonite population here does use midwives almost exclusively. My husband did do an emergency cesarean delivery (at the hospital) for a Mennonite lady, though. :D Many forward-thinking hospitals have jacuzzi and water-birth areas. The only caveat I would have with a home birth is that the situation can turn to dangerous in an instant, and that is why 'mainstream' medical thinking prefers the setting of a hospital, so that the baby can be delivered by emergency C-section if needed. We've certainly come a long way from the fifties, when women were basically completely sedated, and totally unaware of what went on during birth! It's wonderful that your Draco and Hermione are so emotionally connected with each other that a water birth worked so well for them. Thanks for a beautiful depiction of one of life's best miracles. :D

This is one of my favorites fics. He is just so yummy and sweet. AHHHH I cannot get enought of him he is the dream prince that all of us girl dream to have someday. Also this fic I will let boyfriends and husband read it they could learn a little from it.. LOL LOurdes
