holy hell....I know you warned me, and I'm usually not one to read such angsty material unless I love the story, which you know I do. I couldn't help but shudder. a few tears slipped down my cheeks as well. I can't imagine losing my virginity that way. That's beyond devestating. I don't want to see ruby broken like that.
Other than my initial disgust with Voldemort, I liked this chapter. It was very needed. I think Harry rushing in head first is very Harry, especially when it comes to his best friends. Of course he'd want to get to Hermione if he could. I like How Bella ran for Hermione, I love how they were hiding behind the couch. I would have liked if we had of heard a bit more about Lucius with pink hair. hahaha. Oh that amuses me to no end. I think Hermione fainting was perfect! Hermione's an intellect, and rational. No matter the situation she would never rush into something stupid, unless she had too. She would plan getting Ruby back. Ron and Harry are the hot-headed of the trio. Hermione even though upset and beyond worried for Ruby, would not risk Ruby's life with a botch-up rescue job. So her fainting was great. Showed her turmoil. Harry thinking she wold have done something stupid was really good too. Because of course he would think that, if it had of been Hermione taken, he would have thrown caution to the wind and tracked down Voldemort and stormed in with no plan and all luck on his side.
I really hope Ruby will be okay. Poor girl. My heart truly went for her in the chapter.

love this so much need to find out what happens next. Please tell me a voldemort beat down is comeing not just for the Ruby thing but that SOB insulted americans. that alone should earn him a castration but the ruby thing slow painful death for one comeing up please? u rock please more soon :)

oh i feel sorry for Ruby i really hope that she is not 'broken'. Great chapter though. oh and don't worry your not the only one trying to get a job with no success. But got to keep on trying! :D

that's kind of jacked up...hermione and draco are fucking and having fun while poor ruby is being tortured...thats soo messed up...great update and i can't wait to see how hermione reacts when she finds out that Ruby has been taken...

omg. wow.
I think you did a wonderful job on this. I know I usually have comment,s what could be added, detracted, or what i just prefer cuz I'm such a picky little one. I also know you say you like the criticism, knowing what you could fix and work upon. But honestly darling, no need to change a thing about this chapter. I think you did a perfect perfect job of describing Voldemort, having Ruby still be Ruby, I think you made a wonderful interlude into breaking Ruby's spirit. I'm really impressed wit this story but more so this chapter.
I really hope you can find some work. Being broke is not fun, I feel your pain on that aspect. and I work. *sigh* lol.
I was hoping you might take a look at my fic. I'd love to hear some of your con crit. It's called Come Together.
I also have a Lucius/Hermione fic called appetite for destruction. if your interested.

Nope, not a good idea to crack wise remarks...alas, she does have ROTTEN luck. They missed Hermione and Draco just as they left... what rotten luck. I really feel sorry for her. Great chapter and please update soon! =)

Oooooooooooooooh! This story is fun to read, im glad I stumbled upon this! I love stories that are written like this, funny, death eaters betraying voldy woooooooo, fun fun. I hope Ruby gets to kick some voldy butt.

LMFAO!. Okay here we go my darling.
1. Im not sure I liked Bella turning around to find Roddy in full death eater garb. But whatever gets them off. I guess it just creeps me out. But I see the need for it. And the allure for them.
2. I LOVED that sex scene between them. It was hot in that domineering kind of way. I never ever want to be caned, but dear lord I do love a man who can dominate in the bedroom, and let you know he's in charge. HOT!!
3. Wow. That was sudden. I really expected her abduction to take a few more chapters. I also did not expect it to be so blase(there is supposed to be an accent over that 'e' but for the life of me I can't figure out how. *sigh*) I think I would have had it a bit more theatrical. Granted, I loved the simplicity of it. But still, I hate that Ruby was so gullible and duped so easily. It makes me feel bad. If it were at least theatrical and intricate, who could blame the girl.
4. The ending was priceless. Her reaction so simple and definitely the character Ruby we have known throughout this story. I also like the fact that Ruby showed no fear. Because why should she? She has not grown up in England. She has not endured the evil that is Lord Voldemort. She has no reason to fear him for she has not realized fully, or grown up with knowing fully what the man(creature?) is capable of.
5. As much as I liked both parts in the chapter, with my two cents thrown in here and there. I don't think you should have put them in the same chapter. It took too much away from both. You should have made this chapter about Roddy and Bella, and the next about Ruby and Tom/Voldemort. Even if they were short. It would have just been so much more powerful for them both. Just for further chapters, please don't string it together like that. Especially when it's a crucial moment in one or two of the characters lives. I liked it, but they both took away something from the other for me.
