You write in a very matter-of-fact tone that I'm not really fond of,and your story appears to progress too quickly with characters that just don't seem believable... however, my interest is peaked. I'll just have to get used to your style.

Confusing as to the when the story is happening. Has Hermione already graduated from Hogwarts? As for her purchasing a flat after her parents were killed, that just doesn't fit. For her safety, the Order would not allowing it, and Hermione is smart enough to know she shouldn't be on her own.
The concept of the story is interesting, but it doesn't seem to be set up well. Perhaps the next chapter will help fill in the gaps.
