I loved it! Please tell me there"ll be a second chapter?

I loved this! It's hard to find good, rare Draco pairings but you've wonderfully crafted this, extremely evocative. The symbolism in this between the snakes and the fire was subtly brazen. I loved the description of Draco's world set aflame juxtaposed to the still grate. It was insightful without being verbose, wordiness can sometimes ruin those moments.

This story was entrenching, dragging me down to bottomless depths right along with Blaise. You conduct your style masterfully and skillfully. It was a pleasure to stumble upon this and it is, without a doubt, the best Draco/Blaise story I've read. An all around wonderfully self-contained one-shot, I look forward to more from you!
