I don't feel sorry for Snape at all. He did rape Harry and he would not have been capable of doing that if he liked him...

(Chapter 14)

Oh wow! That was excellent!!

And poor Harry.......the only way he can feel safe is curled up in a replica of the place he was tortured in......that's unbearably sad.....

Please update soon.....so I can stop crying!

Because Ron and Harry's friendship is on the brink of destruction and never to be repaired again.

I see it can get darker but I guess it is a good thing I like this so much.

At the risk of being labelled a sychophant, even though I'll willingly swear to the fact that you didn't tell me beforehand, I think the title refers to Harry and Ron's safety net of anonimity, and for Harry personally, his best friend Ron. Everybody knows who they are now, and Harry doesn't even have the refuge of his best friend left, as Ron clearly hates him now. The "rot" refers to Ron's seething animosity towards Harry, I think.

There were a couple of things in this chapter that threw me.....one was Lucius losing his cool in court and blurting out what he did, thus irrevocably damning himself to conviction, and the other was Ron. It's understandable, if not entirely right, that he would hold some resentment towards Harry for all he'd suffered, but to have him actually complain about Harry getting more attention in reference to their identities being revealed is beyond the pale, and incredibly petty of him! I don't like this Ron.....even if he were to apologise later, I'm not so sure Harry should forgive him this.

As for my speculating on the plot, you horrid woman, you only encourage it, and then stonewall me refusing to let anything on!!! But you don't fool me, Missy! You revel in taunting me, I know you do!! And anyway, if I didn't try and guess the plot, you'd think I didn't like the story! Which I do, so update! Immediately!
