Good gods! I await the next chapters with extreme impatience - please, write more, more, more! The writing is exquisite, the storyline tense and fascinating, the dialogue brilliant.

This has been one of my favourite chapters - the angst and intensity between H and S was brilliantly done. I loved the scene with Sirius - you are a natural and this is an excellent story!

The movie you're talking about was the Prequel to the Exorcist that came out a few years ago; I don't remember the exact name of it, but I know exactly what part you're talking about.
And your story is excellent, by the way.

Lovely, brilliant chapter!!! You always bring so much into this beautiful story! Poor Severus! From his meeting with Voldie to that horrendous raid he had to witness- poor guy can't catch a break! I just love it that he sought out Hermione to comfort him, though I'm sure he'd be the last to admit he needed comforting! Such a touching scene! A fun fact: was flipping thru my baby names book for the heck of it and thought I'd see if any Potter characters were in there; Hermione is Greek meaning 'sensual' - it really reminded me of your interpretation of her. Closest I could find to Severus was Severo, which is Italian for 'unbending; severe'. Hm, have I mentioned that I have no life? And Harry's situation, whew!!! Girl, where do you have room for anything in your brain with all these plots runnin' thru your noggin?! Hope you aren't sacrificing study time to work on this! Gotta worry about school first! Update when you aren't too swamped, I'll be looking forward to more! Happy writing, dearie!

Oh yeah, almost forgot! I believe the movie you are thinking of is the newest "Exorcist" movie. I think it's called "Exorcist the Beginning". But not 100% sure. It's set in Africa and the priest has a flash back of that particular scene. Later! Stimpy.......
