Wow, this story follows perfectly with the first on how well it draws you in. I am rooting for Hermione 110%, Ron's just being an ass and needs to learn what battles to fight.

As a former trial attorney, I look forward to seeing how you'll handle the judicial system in England. I suspect that the defense of duress is probably still a valid one: Draco was under duress when he hurt both Katie and Ron, trying to protect his family where a corrupt Ministry was providing little or no help. But, I can't wait to see how you handle it. Wouldn't be amiss to find a little 'blackmail' material against Ron, either. :D

What is with Ron? I know he's hurting and all but seriously. He can't be THAT stupid....can he? And all I have to say is. He better put that kiss in a pensive cause that's the ONLY way he'll ever get to relive it. He'll be lucky if Hermione ever deigns to speak to him again. And Hermione NEEDS to go to see Draco, if only for an hour, he needs the encouragement and to be reminded she loves him and won't give up. Great update, I can't wait for more!

great start, i read 'heart & soul ' and thought it was marvellous and this carries on where it left off, keep up the good work and i look forward to reading the rest :D
