Just have to say that Sanctuary is one of the most beautiful things you've written. It's almost poetic in its execution and meaning and it's more than a fitting end to this story. Seriously made me tear up. The whole story's concept is haunting, but this last chapter really takes the cake and conveys so much about life, death, and what it means to actually live for both those who were sentenced to get the kissed and those who have only their bodies to torment as live out the rest of their existence. Beautiful beautiful chapter Emily : )

Wow! I sooo hope they get their chance! Tooo bad once Severus dies so do they. A shame they can't return to their bodies. Though I'm not sure they'd want to.

Wow! Creepy at it's best. You know I almost feel sorry for Bella, Lucius, and Draco. Almost. It was odd to read no life to the trio, yet I could see how each one would appear to their master. You captured each one of [their] traits throughout this tale and I could really see how each one of their dolls affected them so. I would like to see how the Dark Lord uses his doll/Severus, now that would be interesting.

I'm almost frightened to see what Bella is like. Because no matter how sentimental Draco and Lucius might be, Bella is just plain mad and for that reason I pity Ron.
While I'm reading this though I keep getting the odd feeling that they're all just faking this but then I don't suppose that should be possible.
Anyways I sincerely hope to read more.

haha loved it. It was an interesting interaction between the two, even if it seemed onesided. I like the little tricks in the shadow and the mind and how sometimes we convince ourselves to interpret every little thing that happen around us, whether we believe or disregard them, whether if they are real or not. I'm not making sense, but I liked this chapter. If it happens, I'd be interested in seeing what happens with Ron and Severus as well.
