I really liked this story. It was well written, and clever. I both love and hate the end, for the lack of total closure.
There were a couple really good bits that stuck with me, relating Ron's excuse about his affair to the stench of a rotting ditch was one I really enjoyed, and the moment I knew for certain I was going to enjoy reading the whole story.

Just wanted to thank you for the explanation about Snape being alive. I had already accepted it as AU earlier when he first showed up, but it's nice to get an actual explanation.
It was confusing, though. It was obvious from the beginning that it wasn't epilogue-compliant, but then Snape appeared. I was going to dismiss it as "Oh, this must have been written before DH," but then I remembered that you had mentioned Hermione sending her parents to Australia.
While I appreciate the lack of author's notes (It is nice to not be taken out of the story at the beginning or end of a chapter), I don't think I would have minded seeing one at the beginning of that chapter. Something quick, like "Yes, I know he died in the book. He's alive here." You wouldn't even have to say who "he" is, since it would be obvious once we saw his name.

Well, that was definitely interesting.
I might have had more to say normally,but it's 2:30 and I'm tired. I wanted to go to bed earlier, but I had to finish the story.
Also, quick note: I'm glad to see that you let Dobby live as well.

Don't know if I'll read the whole thing or not. It's a long story, after all, and I may get distracted.
But I wanted to compliment you on how you handled Ron cheating on Hermione. I can't really buy that he would cheat on her. However, I must admit that what you wrote is...I'm not sure how to put this. His out-of-character actions were motivated by in-character motivations, maybe?
I guess, really, it's just that if Ron has to have cheated on Hermione, I could see the events in this chapter being the reasons.
Like the first time being an accident because he was drunk? I could buy that. And then "being too pleased at having got away with something"? That is completely in-character. Forgetting that she's not stupid also sounds frustratingly like him. He can be smart. I know he can. But he can also be so dense sometimes
And claiming that the other woman's panties were a present for Hermione? That bit cracks me up enough that I won't even bother examining it to see if it deserves criticism, because I want to preserve the humor.
Basically, well done. I still don't see it happening, but this is plausible enough for me to accept it for the story.

I've been reading this story off and on every over the past year or so and I was so pleased so see all these chapters since last I visited. I have to say this is by far one of my favorite stories on AFF. I sincerely hope that there are more chapters to come.

Very interesting idea, and Hermione being pregnant by way of werewolf is hot (though I can't begin to understand why). I love some of the words you use (i.e. demesne), and how you portray Hermione as calculatingly logical - but sometimes she's so severely lacking in emotion that you can't help but wonder, HERMIONE, DO YOU REALIZE THAT YOU'VE JUST BEEN RAPED AND IMPREGNATED BY A WEREWOLF? That's the one are in which your story is lacking, apart from the mediocre grammar. But I do love the idea and your writing in general.
