He wasted no time in consummatining their marriage, but I do love his very last comment. He really does love her if he is confident enough to take the risk of getting her pregnant and having a child (or children) with her.

This was a wonderful story, I'm so glad you posted the final chapter and gave the closure and the happy ending I needed.

Well, while that leaves a bit of a cliff-hanger (Will he still die in the end!? What's the impact of this in the rest of the story? What'll happen to her daughter now that Snape's her step-dad?), I'm still quite glad that Snape's gotten a wife who knows him better than even she realizes, and that Trudy's got a husband who'll never leave her wanting for attention and hot sensual moments. A good story indeed!

Wow, quite an enjoyable read! I love you you keep him truly canon in character, yet still allow him to grow and change in what is really a considerable way. The scenes have been quite strong, especially the sex scene (yum ;3 ) and I think the last chapter's development could leave for a lot of possibilities. Where are we going from here I wonder? As far as timeline, though, you seem to have mixed in years 3 and 5 (Lupin was the DADA when Harry was 13, yet in the Potions class, he's a 15 year old, meaning that Umbridge should be the DADA. Hm.) Anyway, if you plan on either following the storylines of HBP and DH, I think that Trudy's aptitude in potions spells a way for Severus to survive Nagini's bite! Haha! But of course, your story, go with it as you like, cause so far, you're going in an interesting direction. ^.^ I hope you update this soon! Chapter 18: I see

Of all the fan fiction I have ever read, I have to say that you come the closest to a truly canon characterization of Severus Snape. He is so harsh as to be nearly vicious if he ever actually put anything into it, and you have caught that. Trudy is fascinating; I do love watching how you develope her as she learns what she is and seeing how she responds to the demands of the terrible situation. The chapters have always been worth the wait.

Good, no violence in this chapter, there was more than enough in the last chapter. At last she has Elizabeth back and Severus is finally ready to commit himself so somebody other than St. Lily. Now we can get back to them shagging themselves senseless with mindless sex, but it will be legal now. I'm looking forward to reading about their legal smut.

I am confused about something though, about this :"You are coming and going from my rooms at all hours. I am making so many trips to Hogsmeade that the faculty is starting to stare. These are not the relations between a professor and his assistant." I though when he got her the room in The Hogshead that she wasn't going back to Hogwarts anymore, that he was visiting her there for his sexual liaisons with her and to train her to use her wand.

I do wish he'd had a chance to kiss her to seal the deal before the students arrived for the next class.

YAY!!! I'm so glad you updated this! And a proposal? lovely! even though it was less than romantic and very snapish; at leas he was honest and he is trying.
