So, the ''anti-hero on his black horse'' DID come to the rescue, with reinforcements
no less. :-)
I hope Shacklebolt steps up and represent the fact that he CAN be a Minister in
charge of his shit! >_<
Also, when this farce is over, Harry can show Diggory he could have left anytime, if
it wasn't for those Aurors..and the fact he's not THAT big of a showoff. :-)
...AND I still stand by what I feel is the reason Diggory is doing this in the first
place. So there!

This HAS to be enough to convince the minister what an absolute, desparate bastard Diggory is. I had a feeling that 'look into my eyes' was a hint towards mind reading, good thing it was a pathetic attempt and now Harry has a little more support. I can't believe I'm cheering for Skeeter but having her little beetle form on his nape at least gives some reassurance to Harry.
You write suspence so so well. Every chapter leaves me wanting for more and more and by the end of it I'm near hyperventilating because I'm not sure WHAT is going to happen and can only hope for a happy ending.
I'm eagerly awaiting the next chapter as usual. :]

Okay, first of all, let me say I'm the type of person who will say what's on their
mind once the question marks start forming over their heads....and I got plenty
of those right now.
Question: what made you take this direction of Harry being suspected as a creature
of magic? Is it significant to any future plot or is this just the typical plot twist?
IS Harry a creature of some sort?
In some way, that would be interesting, in another that would put him further in the
hotseat.
..and another thing, Diggory is fo' sho' going through a LOT of trouble to get at
Harry and it can't be the fact that Harry wouldn't support him, if I recall from
a story back...is this because of Cedric???
