Hi! I’m writing from Italy and I’m littering the web and your mail boxes (and bothering a lot of people) with pleas for you to grant me permission to translate this fic and Saturnalia in Italian for the readers of Nocturne Alley and AO3.

I know I’m not alone in my quest, because there are other translators that are looking for you.

We know you are not writing in your archives and perhaps you don’t roam here anymore. We’re very happy that you didn’t take down your fics and that we can read them.

Sadly, there are a lot of readers that can’t speak English and they can’t read your jewels.

This masterpiece here I read the first time a lot of years ago and at least four other times. Now I really, really wish to share it with my friends Italian readers. Your work, all the research you made to write it, deserves more recognition.

I hope my plea, and the pleas of my colleague translators, will be heard and answered.

Ours is a plea born from love for your writing.

Hoping,

Hi! My pen name is Silver Green, I'm relatively new in this world of FanFiction. I write you because I had a little problem with one translator of one of your works. Especifically "Tempus Fugit".

The situation was this: I read the 3 chapters that this girl/boy made, and I was hoping for ages, when I re-read the translation I notice that since 2013 she/he doesn't work on that. Then I decide to finish the translation. I used his/her work but putting notes where I said He/she was the translator of what chapter.

I don't knew that I was making something wrong, but apparently yes. After all this time, the translator write and said I need to down the translation, and I did.

But, in the other hand, now I have readers than ask me if I can made that 3 chapters for my own, like the others chapters.

I don't write you before, because I read your last activity was on 2012, 6 years sounds like you are not online more. But now, I beg you, really, reall beg you, let me translate your works. Not only Tempus Fugit, all this fic of your own.

A Culinary Seduction
A Little Taste Of Harry
For Services Rendered
Harry Angel
Magorian's Ruby
Shall Themselves Find Blessing
Tempus Fugit Praeterhãc & Saturnalia
The Desperate Sorrow Of A Passionate Man
The Secret Of Seeing Rightly

Your works are amazings, and very detailed.

If you considered my petition, or only answer me, I will be very grateful.

You can contact me on this email thesnarrysarchivist@gmail.com, even if it's only for say no.

Hi! I loved your fic a few years ago, it made me cry and laugh. I'm Italian, so I think its Roman taste was very good for me. I read it again and I liked it even more. So I'd like very much to translate it in my language, with its sequel. I post my translations on Nocturnealley dot org. By today I've made 20 of them. I'd like to make your masterpiece the 21st. Please pretty please (with a cherry on top)? Thank you!

oh wow... I just finished this story and it was beautifully perfect. I was so so so happy that they were able to return to their friends. This story has been so rich in its storyline, characterization, tension and how the story built... just everything. I have fallen in love with these characters and this story and I know that rereading it will be like sitting down and rereading other favorite books I have had over the years... well loved and cherished. Thank you so much for the time, effort and soul you put into this story. You are an amazingly talented author.

ok... I just finished reading up to chapter 7 and I'm finding it painful to continue. I just want to sit here and cry and weep for Harry and Severus. I want them to be able to stay in Rome too! This story has been breathtakingly beautiful. I adore to depth and feeling you have given this story and the history and how they lived and succeeded was so engrossing it had me reading until 5 am yesterday. Very often I do not like original characters in fanfiction because they just aren't developed well, are unlikable or just annoying... but I love the characters you populated your story with in ancient Rome. They weren't flat characters. You illustrated them so realistically... the good and the bad... I loved everything.

I just want Harry and Severus to kill Voldemort and return home to ancient Rome and even though I know that won't happen it's still painful that they have to leave. Ok... guess I just have to read what happens next and hope they are as happy in their current time as they were in the past!

Could this fanfic have been any better? I think not. It was amazing.
I don't know if you're still writing, it seems like you haven't updated since this last chapter. I would absolutely love to read any sequels to this though. You have a brilliant writing style :)

Hi!
I read quite a few of your stories, Tempus... and "The Importance of Plum Trees" being two of my favorites. I don't know if I ever review them though, I know, bad Suzuki! *slaps hand* Just wanted to let you know that your style and bright ideas are always a pleasure to read... your "Tempus..." is absolutely in my top 5 fics ever!!! I love how you brought Ancient Rome to life so effortlessly--I know it just seemed so most probably, I know your effort might have been tremendous--but in this end just was like that, not a drop of sweat to it!
I have a bit of a challenge for you, if you are up to it just drop a line to my email suzuki1969 @ hotmail.
Thanks so much and keep on going, for all us Snarry funs!

Loved this fic simply adored it. Don't know why I took so long to read it. Well no, I do know why- I don't like a lot of slave fics cuz they exaggerate or overemphasive the brutality or make Harry some pathetic creature but you did a brilliant job. He wasn't even really a slave!

I love this story. I just want to point out that I listened to symphonies on Pandora the whole time reading, and it was creepy because all the songs matched with the scenes!
