Hi.
I am liking this, particularly that Hermione has the confidence to go an get what she wants. I am not sure that Snape would be quite so accommodating straight away... I had a hard time getting into his head too, so I sat and watched lots of HP and tried to think like Snape. It helped me, anyway....
I think you could take this further. Wither way, I liked it!

You are right, this is not really Snape like, but on the other hand...did we ever really get to know Snape? NO would be my answer he might actually be as fluffy as you described him and seriously i enjoy the !DarkSeverus as much as the !FluffySeverus as long as he doesnt get whiny, and yours seems very confident.
That said, i would really like this story to continue. A fantastic, fluffy story is exactly what i need these days and yours is extremely well written. Thank you for sharing

Yeah it was fluffy but it was good...can you please continue with it? Maybe do a chappie where Ron and Harry find out about their 'Relationship'
