Great to have you back, brilliant start and Hermione finally loosing her temper with the James, Lilly and Remus never mind the mut, was a wonderful tirade.

All I could think about was the song by the Police: 'Don't stand so close to me'! throughout this, lol! *sings out of tune*.
Poor Sev, he needs the cuddles and hand-holding Hermione's offering him! Touch is integrated into us, and how we're touched tells us a lot about the toucher. I can't remember which journal I read this in, but it's a big psychological thinga-ma-jig.
Eg. when you were sick as a child, your Mum/Dad would put their hand on your forehead to check your temperature and cuddle you to make you feel better and secure. As adults, we generally still associate a hand on the forehead with sickness.
Eg. you hold hands with your other half different to how you hold hands with a child or shake hands with someone you meet - all three are holding hands, but all have very different meanings. The interlocking fingers and close palms with a love; the gentle holding of a little person's hand (where you're most likely to have your fingers under the side of their hand in a supportive grip - think about that one); and the firm 'testing' grip of a confident handshake or a limp-wristed nervous one.
Anyway... I think Sev hasn't really known people to touch him, and that's why Hermione is alarming him, she's probably the first person (well, second if you count Lily) to literally invade his personal space and touch him freely.

You have no idea how happy I am to see another fic by you and not just because they are my fav's to read. You hadn't posted in so long that I was getting worried about your hubby, glad to hear all is well 'cause you gave me abit of a scare. Busy is good, life is dull without busy.
Another fab fic by you and my fav Sev/Hermione too. I love getting an insight into his past. The chapter where she told them all off was priceless and I was laughing thinking how freaked out they would have been that she knew about their secrets. Can't wait to see where this is going and how 'older' Sev will react to her when she returns. Had a thought - if Dumbledore erases Sev's memory of her in the past then what is the point of her being there to bring him love and comfort if he doesn't remember it? Happy writing....

I am so glad that Hermione has chewed out the Marauders and Lily. It really did need to be done. And I love what you've done with Peter's character! Talk about someone I love to hate!!!Can't wait for the next installment!

I'm so glad you finally posted your new story! This is probably the best time travel story I've read yet and definitely one of my fave stories overall. I thought I wouldn't like it at first but it's just soooo good. More please! If I have to I'll try to find more naked Sev for you.
