I thought this chapter was good. Of course I'm slightly bias... (skirts = XD) I can't wait to read the next chapter. ^_^

^0^ Its not a disapointment! I don't see what's wrong with it, to be honest. When I read your author's note I was like, "Oh, no! This is gonna be really terrible!" But then I read it, and even though it didn't have a lot of pace, your gripping writing style made it great fun to read. It felt like a stepping stone to the next chapter, and, hopefully, Harry and Fenrir's first meeting. I really liked the symbolysim with the skirt, it was really clever. >< I think Harry's pure! lol So, I liked this chapter! Oh, btw I have a question. How does the submissive/dominant thing work in this universe? Is it like... Some werewolves are born and they have a gene which makes them grow petite, and some have a gene which makes them grow like The Hulk? And then werewolf traditions dictate their roles in soceity? Are mates a fated thing or like marriage? What does being mated entail? Are there lady werewolves? Can submissives bear children (if there aren't any lady werewolves)? (looks back over review) okaaay... maybe that was more than one question. *teehee* Sorry, I'm just really into this story now. Some authors have a bad habit of starting off really well, with spelling and grammar included in the "really well" box, and then their writing deteriorates into badfic when they get lazy. I have a very good feeling that you are not one of those authors, so I've kinda latched onto this story like a very annoying limpet. So, excuse the constant criticism, know its only cause I love this! Yeah, I just can't seem to read something, think "Do I have a good feeling or a bad feeling?", and then write "I had a good feeling / I had a bad feeling". (sigh) Woe is me (and any author that I review ^_^;;;;)

Great story! Y'know, when I was reading the new chapter,
something about Zeke and Darien reminded me of Lore and Steele from Dark Cyan Star's story "Underneath The Starless Sky."
If you've ever read it before, you should know what I mean.
So far, I personally like chapter four best and I can tell you how much I like the whole thing in just three simple words: KEEP IT UP!

Yay! Now he gets to meet Fenrir!
And I like how submissives aren't seen as real werewolves- Harry's going to prove a lot of people wrong!

Yes, I liked this chapter. And I do still like Van. I even like Zeke... after Harry slapped him, I mean. *grin* This was a good chapter. I liked Harry's thoughts throughout, and loved two main things: 1) tracing the patterns on the mattress, and 2) the permanent marker comparison. I liked the tracing the pattern bit because I've done that. When I had to move in with my gran in sixth grade, I was very upset. And when I left my home in Austin, Texas I was also very upset, because I was leaving my family behind to do so. I loved my home in Austin, so I remember tracing the lines on the mattress I'd slept on for the previous five monthes. It's a very theraputic action, allowing you to remember what all has happened in that room or on that bed. That sounds so dirty. Sorry. Anyways! And the second was just an amazing comparison. I love the white meaning, and that Harry hates it as much as he hates being a submissive and all that entails, and I love the idea of walking up to something so white (because I absolutely hate the colour white!) and just scribbling all over it with a black permanent marker. Or brown and red like the dirt and blood on Harry's skirt. I just love the thought that comes with that. This chapter was filled with so many images! Another thing I liked was how nice this group of kidnappers was! They apologized for any harm that may have caused, swore they wouldn't do anything to him, introduced themselves, tried to be nice. I like that. Harry felt safe, for the most part, to fall asleep and not worry about what would happen when he woke up. It's an interesting chapter, filled with so much to think about. Also, I understand a chapter being stubbourn. I've had many a chapters do that to me. Just keep pushing through, and eventually you'll get through the block. Keep it up! ~dpa06~
