lol I go from Changing of the Guard, to Harry actually loving the attention. lol This turned out nicely. I would have hoped that Pansy actually would have been more Syltherin and come up with a neat little plot device in giving back all of the fortune, but this suited nicely. The ending was nicely played out to with "absense make the heart go fonder" sort of idea. I don't always do this, but you happen to make some great one-liners, I especially liked this one: It always comes down to extended hands with us, doesn

That was wonderful! At first I was scared that you might not actually put them together, but then I realized how silly I was being! I'm so glad it worked out the way it did. They truly are each other's match.

I must admit, reading your story needs time (at least when you try to read all 8 chapters in a run) and strength and mental preparation. But in the end, the ending just acts like after taste of coffee...tasty, sour, bitter, sweet mixing together and linger for a long LONG time...I really need a long holiday to shift through all other missing works (esp. the new one! I have missed 2 chapters already!)...damn the busy life!
Actually I do not like this Harry at the very first - you will never intervene other people life's if you are just bored...or without direction. Though some may say, this is just a start, or it happens like that in real life...BUT at least Harry needs to do something proper (though I can never say what really is proper) if he has time to waste...
However, once he realizes what the lives of Malfoys are, he becomes serious...and I like that change...though again some may argue...he has a motive to court or win Draco...at least, he cares now...not just acting like taking in some stray aniamls at his own like/dislike and discard them away at time they want...
On the other hand, I like your Draco most, the way he matures, the way he upholds himself in time of despare...and the way he supports his family against all odds and accusations...and I really love your Narcissa...she is so fit in with the canon story...esp. her saying of...she did not hand in her son even for Voldemort, why would she do that to Harry?... I really adore this Narcissa...
Actually this story reminds me of your other one (work after wartime)...and I really agree that your idea of mistreating the former Death Eater would be what we found in the canon story (if there is any)...and I must agree, prejudice is one important characteristics we can easily find in the real one...
Lastly (yeah...finally, no more fussing)...I like that they share a common ground for their relationship, they can truly accept each other strengths and weaknesses and complement in no one can...this really gives me a very light heart for the night...
