brilliant start and second chapter, i loved it!

Hermione's carrying Lucius's sprog, then? That promises an interesting reunion...

I'm thrilled you updated. I'm getting such a kick out of this version of Lucius with his desperate hare-brained scheming and his cluelessness. What, aren't fancy presents and great sex enough for everybody? ;-)
I can see why Hermione bolted, but I don't understand why everyone's on her side, since she left without telling him about the pregnancy. He's demonstrated affection for her through their cohabitation and the sharing of his life. Unless he's talked about not wanting any more kids or never wanting to get married again or still holds on to pureblood superiority. But even then, it's his kid and he's going to find out eventually, given her fame.
I'm hoping Lucius has some humorous encounters with the aurors . . .

Hmmm...When Harry said something along the lines of "mess this up and you'll never see them again." Sounds like Hermione is possibly pregnant...Very good chapter. Can't wait for more.

Chapter 2: Oooh, the situation becomes a little clearer with Ron

"Them" huh? I think I know what that means....but just to be safe, should update more so I'm not making any mistakes. (See what I did there? Smooth eh? lol) Great update, I was so glad to see an update, I had been wondering about this story. I can't wait for more, hope you can update again soon!
