I just read this for the first time tonight...I like it! I love how Draco is using his Slytherin ways to get Hermione. Keep up the great writing!

Whoops, that would indeed be a good reason for children not to be mentioned in the prenup. I quite like the section on her relationship with Ron, and her admitting that part of her wants to see what could happen with Ron, but moving forward with what's best for her. That Ron's not trying to be evil and selfish, just that his emotions towards Hermione are complicated. Anthony's huffiness is a hoot, and it's incredibly sweet that Draco knows her favorite chocolatier (sp?). Draco's maneuvering is well thought out. Thanks for answering the question about what his ultimate goal is, btw.

You actually write quite cleanly--I thought your fic was beta-read. Your pacing is quite good too. Every scene is either characterization or pushing the plot forward.
