Things are coming down to the wire for Harry! One week to go. Yikes!

I've been reading this slowly over the past couple of days, all 48 chapters -and i've been engrossed! Really and truly wonderful writing which is keeping me gripped.

Harry and Snape's 'relationship' is so very believable, scary sometimes, sexy when they're doing it for pleasure... I really am intrigued to see how this is going to pan out! Thanks for sharing such a great fic, I can't wait for more.

Your writing style is really good and for me it seems that Harry is getting more mature (at least now he isn't wanking every free minute).
But Snape seems to underestimate Harry when he says: "My personal preferences lean towards Goethe's, although I felt it unlikely that you would be able to comprehend that work."
Goethe's Faust is at least in many German schools standard literature and usually read around the age of 17 (like I did). So it's highly probable that Harry understands and comprehends it too -Goethe's Faust is not that difficult.

Yikes! I would have to be Lucius, wouldn't it.

Keep up the great work.

The last few days all I have been doing with my free time has been reading your fic.
I'm in love with it and I continually wished it wouldn't end even though I knew the amount of chapters couldn't kept going on for merely my (and other fans) reading pleasure.. Can't nearly write fast enough for chapters to keep coming after completing one. I refrained from reviewing until I read everything though because it feels awkward complimenting one's work when I'd not yet completed what was posting.

I've always enjoyed a master/slave relationship between Harry and Sev, but I never truly seen the two sorts mixed so realistically hiding the regular - though shaky, relationship shared. Even though some chapters felt like filler it was intriguing nonetheless, I remember in one Author Comment apologizing for some of the chapters at being boring but I was far from bored with any of them. I enjoy reading (feels more like observing actually) about the slow friendship between them and the life they spend together even when it's forced.

I hope to read much more in the future and eagerly await an update.

Oh it is so cool to have you back. Just this weekend I bought Frankenstein because I was thinking of this story. I have only a few pages because I also moved and let the packers get my glasses and pack the lord knows where. Anyhow...

Very interesting dream! Made me think of the Corpse bride. I whish I could draw some gothic pictures to go with your story :( Oh and another mmystery! I wonder who was the person Harry saw? Of course I am going to think is Frankestein related...

I don't remember if I can read on my dreams but sometimes they have background music.

I love this story completely. It's been so long without an update!!! I saw that a few people here and there were getting frustrated with the pacing of the story, but personally, I think it's fine. Snape and Harry have always butted heads and misunderstood each other's motivations in canon, and the fact that they are doing so now makes it, to me, even more realistically Snarry. Meanwhile, Harry still has many good reasons not to trust Snape, and is always looking for more, even when he doesn't want to, or so it appears to me. I say take your time writing these two, I am enjoying every minute of it, and I can't wait to read more.

I love the story . . . or maybe I love the idea of the story. But halfway through I find Harry just as frustrating as when he first arrived. He has the exact same mind-set the entire time. How many times can a man explain that this is necessary only for Harry to think "I should have known he was going to hurt me the evil death eater"? If a mouse can eventually learn how to escape from a maze you would think that Harry would eventually learn to stop acting like a child.

On another side note: here are synonyms for pervert. debauchee, degenerate, deviant, deviate, freak, weirdo*

Although I'm sure you can string together something else besides those. "dirty old man" or "lecher"

(read up to ch 38)

I have to say, your Harry is the closest to the original JK-Harry that I have seen in fan fiction so far. Which means that he annoys me to no end... ;) I could never really warm up to him, and you let him display his thickheadedness, his tendency to jump to conclusions, his self-centredness, and his overall adolescent immaturity to its height. As you can see, he irritates me to no end. ^^ I only could live through those scenes while reading the books concentrating on the hope that Severus would 'enter the stage' soon - and fortunately there is plenty of him in your story ;).

I have to admit that I find the quantity of wanking and half-forced sex that is executed almost the same way over and over again (Harry hides his erection, Snappe plays with his nipples, snapes lubricates him, fingers him, penetrates him, a lot of 'oh fuck!', cumming, cuddling) somewhat tiresome. Nevertheless, I like that you take your time to accustom the characters to the idea of liking each other gradually instead of rushing everything along as many Snarry-authors tend to do which often leads to out-of-character-ness. I stop reading 98% of the fiction I take a glimpse at after the first three chapters, yet this is the third day that I spend reading yours...
