YAY!! I DID IT! I DID IT! >:) im up to speed w/ everyone else. and all b4 ur next chapter too! luv that harry and snape r becoming closer even if they don't realize it yet. im dying for them to smooch and hug and cling and spout words of affection...but that juss my irrational waff bunny getting loose. *bludgeons bunny and slides it out of view* so sry. not really fluff i like but the possessive intense shakespearian 'id die w/out u' stuff but i digress. i only kno of wuthering heights thro osmosis but based on what u wrote im convinced JKR ripped the sev/lily/james situation and the harry/snape dynamic straight frm its pages. hope the sev's problem w/ harry's eyes is dealt w/ differntly than in the books. i hate wen AU authors pick character death to go canon. pretty sure sev was just trying to get harry to see things frm his/heatcliff's perspectives w/ the gin/draco thing. ginny's waited for him for so long i don't c her being anything but faithful during his imprisonment. plus both sev and harry's female troubles being the same case taken frm the same book, is a bit ridiculous. i think it'd b more dramatic if either harry went back to ginny only to find things don't feel right w/ her anymore. knowing he'd probably think snape ruined straight sex for him b4 he'd think it was b/c of his feelings for snape. i luv that, it's sad and funny at once. or ginny dies( ;_; i luv gin but this is for the sake of plot) and harry grief makes him lash out and eventally seek comfort in sev; and/or sev gets jealous over harry's strong feelings for her also understanding harry's pain and comforts him. of course neither of these can happen if harry or snape die...which i hope they don't. i like it wen the main characters find eachother at the end even thro all the angst, i think they deserve it. i also like wen comedies end tragically. irony and contrast r appealing. oh, and i've been meaning to complement u on that noggin of urs throughout this entire fic. this is the best characterization of snape i've ever read! it's probably b/c ur an uber smart scientist and potions is easy to relate for u to. that and ur monstrous vocab. *blows virtual kisses at beloved know-it-all author* update soon pls im anxious for more!! >;P (f.y.i- i promise my reviews will stop being so scary long wen i'm not responding to 10 chapters at once)

hiddy ho! me again. decided to read it through despite the few problems i hav with it. some of my favorite books r the ones i've chucked across the room at the finish. i've hav more to go, i've only just read chap 18. even though i'm dying for the setting to change from where ever they've trapped him; if there continue to be new developments in the prison house i'll b somewhat appeased. i hate that so much of what snape reveals goes over harry's head. i understand him missing a lot, as it would take the willingness to c snape in a new light and a lot of brooding, and he's not likely to do either at this point. but i think he should hav remembered snape telling him his mother introduced him to classic novels, because he dussn't kno much about his parents and should remember whatever he's told of them, and made the connection that the girls opinions of dracula were his mothers. also think he should hav remembered that he was inexplicably more afraid of lucius new he first saw him when snape was explaning memories/obliviation. mayb i'm reading too much into it but w/e. and it would b nice if harry had his glasses sum of the time. not in training, but mayb if harry could see snape expressions more clearly wen the interacted it would help him understand snape better and reach conclusions that r closer to the truth. ...sorry...i know i'm a pushy reviewer...but i only get this way with the REALLY GREAT fics so juss b flattered. ^__^x

this is quite well written, ur a natural. the torture makes meh shiver in all the wrong places! kudos! GWEHH! i've just started readin' and am only to chapter 9. so i've got LOTS of catching up!! most fic authors with longs stories write short chapters; but u've got an ongoing novel! it's a kinda daunting but i luv it. i just had to get something off my chest, it is sooo frustrating that harry always comes to the wrong conclusions about everything!!! i get it; he 'aight the brightest crayon in the box. but if this goes on this way the rest of the fic it's going to become extremely repetitious and tiresome. there have to be some breakthroughs and revelation to keep the plot from getting boring! can't just b boy-wonder ina cell reading and fantasizing between bouts of sex, rape, and torture...can it?! internal conflicts and resolutions are important but become tedious without a change of pace. IS HE SERIOUSLY IN THAT CELL FOR 31 CHAPTERS??! please get back t' me w/ some sort of response. a vague one that doesn't give too many details away. i could go on a marathon fic binge with this one, but i really hate wen i spend a lot of time reading something only to b dissatisfied in the end. im gonna get back to catchin' up on the fic. pls get back t' me soon. ty! ^__^v

i really hope that the thing between ginny and draco was hinting. cause it would be DAMN sexy if harry ran back to snape because of it!
