I love Lucius and his 'lord and master' routine, but it's going to get them in trouble at some point...he should, perhaps, keep a lower profile, but that's probably very hard for him to do.

Hm, all this new vocabulary is interesting, indeed. I'm hoping that they won't begin to lose their memories of their own time.

Don't know why Hermione's so caught up on the bed - she already slept spooned with him in the middle of a field, though I guess that was fully clothed and they were both still in shock at that point.

Oh, I'm seriously doubting Hermione is going to react well to Lucius undressing her. And I just know he's going to wake up with morning wood. I'm really rooting for him to last long enough that he doesn't have to make use of a brothel, but it would create such drama if he didn't. I'm torn.

Congrats on writing a period piece that keeps my interest - they aren't usually my cup of tea. Your interaction between Lucius and Hermione is so engaging, your trips into Lucius's head are always entertaining and insightful, and I'm extremely curious as to how this is going to turn out and if/when they will get back to their own time. Holy run-on sentence Batman! What I mean to say is that you reeled me in expertly and I'll be here til the end.

P.S. - I'd just like to let you know that I plan on telling several people that they smell like a whore's armpit in the near future. :)

So, the plot thickens. I'm now wondering about the nature of the magic of the veil. I know you said they wouldn't run into Sirius, but it might be interesting for them to encounter a fully acclimated Sirius, just to see what they might (will) become if they remain. Cool story. It has all the elements I like: time travel, wizardry and romance.

I think there's a gradual understanding settling between Hermione and Lucius. And I find it amusing that they are both starting to talk in the new world's lingo. It's sort of amusing. I see that you edited the title to include comedy drama, I think it should be a dramedy. LOL. It sounds better to my ears.
