I seldom say this. Please reconsider this being a one shot. I would love to see this develop, there is a great deal of potential in this one chapter.

Snape is a right rat bastard. He took advantage of a student! Regardless of her bodies responses, she clearly said no, and any action past that point constitutes rape, whether she physically enjoyed it or not. In real life, I'd be outraged, but since this is for all intents and purposes written porn, my indignation is slight.
You're a very talented writer. It was a hot little scene, even if Hermione was a bit of a pussy. (irony!) Really, where are the infamous Gryfindor claws? I would think her penchant for respecting authority would slip once he tied her to the desk. Personally, I would have lost my restraint after the blatant injustice displayed in the classroom. "No penchant for being a Potion's maker." tch! Harry was displaying proficient skills, he would have gotten the potion perfect were it not for Malfoy, who shows "No penchant for being a decent human being."
