On the positive side, that stupid review enabled me to discover this wonderful story and now that I've read it I'm off to read the sequel and all your other great stories.

(A Complaint Chapter)
At the risk of being stropped with the "sycophant" label, I do have to say, I admire your restraint. Honestly, what point is there to random bitchery? What point is there to even posting a review like that one, for a story that is several months old? Particularly one that has received 200+ positive reviews? Concrit is one thing, and I think that if we, as authors, are truly serious about our writing and want to produce quality work, it is welcomed, but there's nothing constructive about reviews like that. That was just a flame, and I have to say, that "reveiwer" must be sorely disappointed with a lot of stories on a lot of sites, since short chapters seem to be a major source of annoyance to him/her. As you said, this person obviously has no clue as to the story, and I would add that they also, obviously, have no concept of the phrase, "less is more". Sometimes shorter chapters make for more impact, is that so difficult to understand? I'm glad you didn't take that lying down, and before she can accuse, no, I didn't post this just to give you another review. I posted it because I felt you had a point, and that it was nicely made.
Having said that, I enjoyed the "Bonus" chapter; I don't know how I missed that when it was posted, so actually, thanks for posting your reply to your "reviewer". I never would have seen the "Bonus" chapter if you hadn't!

Oh my and I read and enjoyed your story not knowing that 'tiny mini little weenie chapters ' are bad'. I liked what they did to Lucius ^^, and I hope that you will come up with more ideas for stories (sorry if I made mistake in writing, english isn't my first language).

I really enjoyed this story. I think you have a way with words that allows you to describe things creating wonderfully delicious imagery :) I hope you keep up the writing.
