love the way this story is unfolding..i think lucius should end up with emma, and it would be cool if he and narcissa at least parted ways as friends. keep up the good writing!!

Hmmmm ... I dunno who Lucius should get. The way you wrote the last chapter I'd say he still loves Narcissa, but I'm not one for breaking up marriges, if she is indeed married. I just hope we get a hot one shot from it! ;)

FYI, you have Emma call Lucius Luc Malfoy, I thought his alias was Luc Maloy, or was that only for the 'geezers'?

Also in case I ahven't said so before I really enjoy this plot. I'm not picking up on any of the cliche's, and I really enjoy your take on the characters.

Well if I have to choose, I'd go with Narcissa over Emma. I guess I'll just have to reconcile myself to no REAL Lucius/Hermione smut....sigh, such a pity. lol Great update, very dramatic and 'who-done-it'. I can't wait to see what happens next and to find out what's going to happen to Skeeter....the evil little bitc......er, I mean....no that's about right. I meant bitch. lol Can't wait for more, hope you can update again soon!

This has got to be one of the very best fanfics I have read in a long, long time. I am probably one of the biggest lurkers of all times, but seriously congratulations! I love how you handle the characters and the plot! I cannot wait for your next chapter! Hope to see it up soon!

Chapter 1 - Ron cheating - we it figures and the kiss with Draco was good. It was a fantastic first chapter and I loved it

Chap 2 - I loved Lucius's new home. When I look at both of the characters that you are righting, the one that strikes me as the one that has changed the most, sacrified the most, and is truly impressive in your writing is Lucius. You wrote everything about his new life with great splendor. I loved the plotting that they got up to and loved that Lucius is her pretend boyfriend. I reflects to the world how much he has changed and how much more he is than just a rich former deatheater.

Chp 3 - Lucius and Ginny in the story reflects on the total change of Lucius. It was riveting. It was cute that Draco was flirting with her but you can tell that Lucius really does like her. Draco just does not seem as strong a character in this fic as Lucius. I really love how you have broaden his views but he is still Lucius and that is a great way to capture him.

Ch 4 - that was a cool chapter. Lucius comes to spend time with her when she is at the pub. He is so showing such a wonderful and caring side. I know that says this is a Draco/Hermione story but it really seems more like a Lucius/Hermione story. I loved the ending of this chapter when he finally sets her firmly straight - he kisses her. OH MY GOSH - that was totally hot. Lucius has reached out to her friends to mend fences, attoined for his past actions to Ginny, been a friend to her in her time of need and since his actions and words were not impressing upon her his true feelings - he showed her. Lucius might have had lots of women but one doe not act the way he has towards Hermione if it is just casual.

Ch 5 - what a chapter and were to start... Lucius texting her because he is concerned - now that is a man worth keeping. Coming to see her to make sure she is alright and then hashing things out with Harry. Lucius should receive the most improved wizard award if there was one. I loved the letter that he wrote to Harry. That was great writing. Ronald and the divorce - never liked him anyway so good riddance. Draco and Hermione getting together - I am normally a huge Draco/Hermione fan but not this time. What has Draco really done to show that he cares for her - she jumps into the sack with him while Lucius has treated her with the utmost respect and reached out to her more that just a kiss as Draco has done. I just did not like it - then they go to his game and you see how Lucius has changed even more and damn but he is a man any woman could love... he is a keeper and would make a fantastic husband. He listens and he even sacrified his feelings for her thinking to be with his son would make her happy - now that is love.
