Each and every one of the stories have been great. One thing though, "Behind Closed Doors" seemed to be at the very least too vague. Ron's name isn't even mentioned in the story never mind how he died. Given the name of the challenge one would think Ron's name would have come up at some point in the story. As far as method of death and writing out the death scene, it wasn't necessary though it would have been nice for Snape to have the murder weapon in his hands covered in his enemies blood or something just as grusome. Just a thought. Everyone take care and write some more soon!

I enjoyed this, Aleera. Ron messed up big time and well . . . paid for it. Death by Mirror. Very good. :))

anaretaacronycal: Oh, I enjoyed this. Snape about to marry someone else, Hermione obsessed and jealous, Ron knowing all along about her love for Snape, then POW! He gets it at the wedding. Death by staking. Awwww. POOR RON!

The description of Snape's bride to be was interesting as well. Not a beauty at all, eh? But with a mind. I could see that. Well done as usual girl. ***

Swth: I had to read the story a few times over to absorb it and will probably have to look up a few words I know that most likely have to do with the pyre itself. Lol, I'm a simple soul I guess. I enjoyed the use of the pyre and the represented groups attending the funeral. A drunken death this time for Ronnekins, eh? I also enjoyed the dialect used. But I am a bit confused. Did Molly die as well? She certainly was rather cruel toward Hermione. Thank you for your addition.

Ms_Figg - Thank you! I am tickled to return a tiny fraction of the pleasure you've given. Yes, Molly is really most sincerely dead. The scene had hardly formed in my imagination when a deranged Molly appeared, with plans to burn Hermione on Ron's pyre like an Indian widow - and a nasty trap meant to do it all laid for our girl. Drrr. *Molly* annoys me, too. Poof! :D

I was going to just drop Ron off a broom onto his head, as any number of better authors have done, but then I couldn't resist trying to pile all Ron's other failings onto his cause of death: drinking too much, eating too much, bad table manners, being greedy for money, ill-considered outbursts of temper and, of course, always ogling the ladies. Hee hee!

Thanks again. I've never posted here on AFF, but I couldn't resist after I saw your musical challenge. You rock. :D
