I just finished reading this story for the second time completely on accident. I got to the part where it was announced that Snape had gotten married and realize "oh it's THIS story!" I really really like it and I'm really pleased with the happy ending, but I can't help but feel that it might be beneficial to add some warnings to the description, like implied M/F, angst, and partner betrayal.

I happen to like uber angsty fics but I also know that walking into one without knowing can really mess up your day, unless you had already planned to spend that day crying and shouting at your computer screen. Don't get me wrong, I like when Snape's a gigantic confusing dickbag but I still felt like reaching inside my laptop and punching *someone* in their great oversized nose.

This was one fantastic read. I have a lot of issues with cheating, but I have to admit, it kept me on my toes! Thank you so much for a very original story! I will strive to create the same in mine in your honor ;) Haha! A faithful fan, Brianna

So I'm clearly only halfway done with this story, but I can't help thinking that if Snape doesn't get down with Harry soon, this conversation will result...

Harry: Caitlin, hay gurl, so I don't know if you and Snape get down and dirty but next time, can you bring me back some? I'm gonna be gone today, got to go to town for a turkey baster. You know how these things go girrrrl.

I'm glad to finally read the end of this. While I'm sorry to see Caitlin die, at least she can be with her children. I loved the scene. I think it was very well done. I think Severus's reaction in trying to find Harry and his son were also very true to character. This story has been surprisingly close to my heart. I'm glad to see such a wonderful resolution.
