I'm loving the story so far, and I've only come to chapter 16. The only thing is, there is no chapter 17...there are TWO chapter 16's, both identical, and then it goes to chapter 18..and I am at a total loss of the story..it does not match up with chapter 16. I am wondering where 17 disappeared to?

I have read this story twice now and it always makes me swell with awe, you are a Tomine Goddess, and I will always love your work and hope you will continue writing and keep me sane. You made me addicted to this pairing. I am going through your story list re-reading. You will see more reviews from me. I LOVE YOU AND YOUR STORIES. This was a roller coaster ride for me.

I have to confess that firstly I was reluctant to read story in witch Hermione is involved with Voldemort. I was reading only fanfictions where Hermione travels back in time. Tom Riddle Jr. and Voldemort were for me two different characters that had nearly nothing in common. That's why I've firstly read "Master of Manipulation". Then I was completely enchanted by the way you write and immediately start reading "The Bittersweet Taste of Victory". Because of them my view of Voldemort/Tom Jr. changed completely.
I love when songs are involwed in fanfictions. But you've done it incredibly well! Those introdustions with songs were so fitting, that I was just stunned.
When I finished reading chapter 29, I thought I was going to cry. You don't want to know what I was thinking about you right then ;) Fortunately there was epilogue :)
It is incredible how you combined dark fanfiction with humor. This part just made me laugh out laud!

I absolutely love this story. I just read it for the second time. The characterization was incredible. It was really nice to read a dark Voldemort who never completely gives up his wicked ways. I really liked the twist at the end of the story. I hope you update your other stories soon!

All the time when his relationship to Hermione got more intense...he himself did not change his believes and neither did she. I mean...of course they did to some degree, but it was always believeable...There is nothing I hate more than a nice voldermort. I can see him pretending to be nice to give his children a chance..but more than that? Never.

Your story was complex...really really complex...with merlin and viviane and the amulet and the elves. I really admire you for that. You did not just borrow rowlings character, but put in your own ideas and created something of your own.

And...wow...do you know how to make it hot lol ;)

Naaaw, now I've made it to the second last chapter. I see a lot of Stargate-inspired things in this chapter ^^ With the astronomy-chair and what not :P Hehe. Cool. Okay, now I'll just move on to read the last chapter before dinner. It has taken me some time to reread it, but I think I liked it even more this time around because now I didn't have time to forget all the information so it made much more sense.

AHA! So I finally, after over a year of thinking about it, started to reread this fic. I still enjoy it a lot, especially Voldemort's dark humour. I had forgotten all his funny remarks.
Although, I have to say that your writing have improved a lot since this story. I can actually find errors and the sentences just doesn't hold the same standards as in your later fics. So good for you! But I remember being a bit annoyed over how slow this story was and I have to say that I still am. What with seeing everything important from two different point of views... I'm glad you don't do that anymore. Although, it is an art by itself to be able to write the same thing from two different point of views, I guess I'm just cursed by my generation wanting everything to happen at once and possibly faster. Oh, anyway. I think you were experimenting a lot when you wrote this to find your own style, so what I really just want to say is that I think you have improved a lot :) I don't think I've ever said it before. Well, better late than never!
