omg, this story is amazing! i can't believe how in-character it was! i was totally caught up in the story... draco's suffering and severus's desperation totally ripped my heart into tiny bite-size pieces...

anyways, i'm too blown away by your story to formulate a coherent review. i'll try harder if you update! XD

Ah, you've made things a thousand percent more interesting with this chapter.

I can just imagine how Snape will tell this new "development" to the order.

Moody: "Well Snape, you said there was something going on with the recruit?"

Snape (solemn): "I'm afraid the situation has become complicated. We can not delay his rescue any day further"

Dumbeldore: "Why?"

Snape: "It's because of the Dark Lord, he... he has taken a complete new interest in him"

Dumbeldore (frowning): "New interest, you say? What do you mean, Severus?"

Snape: "He's acting strange, it's like he's become... "infatuated" with the recruit"

Moody (scandalized): "What?! Do you mean that Voldemort-?!?"

Snape (contrite): "He-- *likes* him... he likes him A LOT, actually"

What's worse than having a Dark Lord out for your blood? Having a Dark Lord out for your blood become fascinated with you... *shudder*

Lol I laughed out loud at the 'splat' reference. lol. Loved that. But can I just say POOR DRACO, what the hell were you thinking? Eewww eewww ewww. Lol. Bloody good though, after all Voldie may be a psychotic killer but he still has human needs. Huh human/snake needs, ok thats too weird back to commenting on the wonderful writing. Harry's part was brilliant it was a strange mix of acceptance and denial which i think is perfect in this scenario. As you say no mention of alternate life styles is made in the series, well apart from the small mention in the very last book that Grindelwald was Dumbledore's lover but until then i took it that she didnt want to mention it. but then again opinion isnt really discussed in that bit either, its mentioned in an interview or ritas book or something. But quite rightly they focus more on the fact that dumbledore was going out with the bv (before Voldemort) Dark Lord rather than a guy.

So yeah i definitely think you made the right decision as to the opinions of the WW. One thing I hate is where the world is less tolerant than ours, i know it fits with the m o but i still hate it. It makes sense with the rest of the discrimination going on. But i think with magic being around they could have easily found ways around male/males not having children. So with the union being reproductive and no religion to cause problems i think its more plausible.

Anyway i loved Harry's confusion, how you showed that he was both accepting of being aroused by men and worried about it.

Draco's part was perfect, you showed how he was both desperate and struggling to believe in snapes loyalty. Voldemort was creepyndominating which was perfect. Urgh can you imagine being in the darkness and hearing sibilant hisses and baring his touches, that is damn freaky.

But can I just yell at you fora moment...HOW THE HELL ARE THEY GOING TO RESCUE HIM NOW?

Ony kidding, not pissed just got a serious case of readers tension n whats gonna happen next syndrome. I mean hell it was hard enough before but now with him being in the DL's bedroom. Geez you like to up the tension dont you deary?

Wow, it was brilliant and I really really really cant wait for the next chapter. Oh and I loved how Harry feels a connection to the 'recruit'.

Oh no oh no oh no! Evil Voldemort has his eye on Draco...Ugh. I hope that learning that its Malfoy will not deter Harry and the others from trying to rescue him! More soon?

Please don't let Voldy touch him like that! Grooss. He belongs to Harry.

Sooo need chapter 6!!!! Poor Draco!! Who has been healing Draco? Why? Sooo need more!

I loved it. It was so perfect. The chat between the trio, Remus n Sirius was great, i loved how it led perfectly into Remus n sirius' talk n the kiss. It really was perfect, i could see remus acting that way. crying and clinging to sirius as a lifeline. You've got the perfect amount of adult n kiddishness in sirius. couldnt see him any other way. im glad remus is close to figuring out who the recruit is, if anyone did it would be him. I loved Harry's four person comment.

as for draco n sev. Gods i hope the blindness isnt permanent but if it is i can see this being a real beautiful piece. you definitely have a gift for writing n i have no doubt you'll pull off whatever you set your mind to. I'm trying to write but with how many charcters there are in the story i spend more time on the action than character development. My story called for a nice snape that isnt like how he's painted. So i just hope that if i do a story needing the proper characterisation then i hope i can pull it off with even half the skill you do.

Draco's reaction was perfect by the way, i hate stories where bad things happen n the person decides, oh its you, i know you'd never hurt me im gonna trust you over everyone else. urgh yeh like it takes two seconds to make that decision.

I know what you mean, i read in a book once a character said. "Yeh with one bound he was up and a gay" It aint a bloody split second decision. I'm glad there'll be development in this relationship.
