Hey guys! Sorry it's been so long since I've reviewed. I disappeared from the internet when I had to pick up work. XD


Anyway, this story, as always, is so brilliant! You guys write so well, and I've missed catching up on these. I actually went back and read most of it from the beginning again so everything would be fresh in my mind. :D

Just so you both know, I found this story three days ago, and have obessed reading every chapter I could in a sitting just to finish it!
I loved every twist! I loved every turn! In a way I was almost relieved that you didn't bring Severus back for a Fourth run at life. I thought his death in the end was not only brave, but something he actually would of done. I felt he had to watch so many die, because he couldn't save them for the idea of the 'greater good' that saving Ginny would make him seem nobler. I actually have always really disliked Ginny, In the books I thought she was there as an after thought of 'oh yes! he needs a love interest' Your story actually made me come to LIKE Ginny. I may not start to read any Ginny/Harry stories, but you've actually made her someone I can read about and not roll my eyes.

I've spent about the last week reading this story from the beginning for the first time and I have loved pretty much every minute of it! Yes, like others said before me, I wished that the Snarry would have started sooner, but everything was so well written and /believable/, that it was fine! Soooo sad when Sev was killed again, but a painting is simply brill! I don't think I've seen anyone write that before and I just can't wait to see where it goes from there.
Keep up the great work!

Oh my...a portrait. You know, I've often agreed with others who've thought that a living portrait can be a comfort to those left behind, allowing for a little closure...but to a lover? I'm not so sure. More like a subtle form of torture in that case. I think that would be too soon for a grieving Harry.

Can you imagine that? How would you feel if your wife gifted you an animated portrait of your dead lover? How will Severus feel? I would imagine they would get used to it in time but it is going to be a shock. I just know there is going to be more crying comming up.

Ok, we still have to deal with dear Luciud. Even though he is a sexy beast we must punish him. Frankly he just needs to die, I don't think Draco would miss him much. Yes I think a little revenge would make us feel better...

And Harry's going to be absolutely tortured by the painting.

That was a lovely bit with James sleeping. I could really picture it. I liked how Snape came to consciousness in the Headmaster's office and also that Ginny thought to commission a picture of Snape. I know Harry will appreciate it, even if Ginny can't fathom the depth of his appreciation.
