Is that the end? Argh! What happens to Harry's baby? Anyway, this is truly an epic tome that took me all day to read. I hate you (but I like you really) for killing off Severus again, I cried over that more than I did when he died in Deathly Hallows! I don't know what else to put here, I was enjoying the story and now there's no more to read and I'm sad, and I want to know what happens next! PS, I think the way you wrote Ginny was awesome, so often she's the sappy girlfriend when I've always thought of her as a strong character who knows her own mind. Bonus points for that! (I'm crap at writing reviews.)

Okay so I've spent the past day reading this story. I made it to chapter 44 and had to stop. I'm just not feeling it, I think I gave it a fair enough go to leave a review. Plus seeing as it's 79 chapters long and still classes a WIP that hasn't been updated in four years I think a conclusion will never be. Plus I read the reviews before the story and it ruined the last chapters for me. I would just like to say a few things, you wrote a great story, from what I read of it, however I feel there's to much Ginny, I understand setting up a story line but this was ridiculous. Your story is over 60% Harry-Ginny that doesn't belong in the Snape/Harry section of this website and I'm feeling a little cheated I wasted a day reading a story that apparently never results in Harry/Snape story but a weird Harry gets to be happy while lying to his wife and screwing Snape on the side. I understand he cares about the both of them but that is not consistent with Harry's behavior. Maybe you just wanted Harry to be out of character I don't know. That being said I think you guys could write an amazing Harry/Ginny story, you captured Ginny perfectly in this story but as I said, she shouldn't be such a huge thing in a story that's supposed to be Harry/Snape. You guys certainly do angst very well and are aptly named but I feel you should consider more how you want to define your stories before just chucking them into any category to get more readers.
One last thing, the constant begging for reviews. I'll be honest it was actually the most off putting thing about the story. It's a pet peeve of mine when authors grovel for reviews like you guys. I just can't stand it, I felt your story was good enough it wasn't warrented to beg like you do, if your going to put a story on here be confident enough to realise people will review if it's good. You don't need to beg, it is seriously off putting. So much so that I actually couldn't stand to read another chapter fearing it would be filled with more begging and threats to not update unless you got the reviews you wanted.

So I realize it has been 3 1/2 years since you last updated anything on your account, & who knows you might never get around to seeing this post. Nevertheless I feel inclined to say that I wholey enjoyed your Epic. It was thoughtful, beautifully written, really making the story & charatures come to life, & was brilliant in plot. It is sad to think that we may have lost you Queen & Angst, & your collective works of genius, you are surely missed. However if you ever decide to continue writing weather it be together or individually please be sure to inform us here on FF.com

Hello ladies! I just got done reading ATYLB, and I have to say, your Epic is AMAZING!!! Ever since I saw it in the list a few days ago, I wanted to reply to each chapter, but since there were so many, I figured I'd just send one big review at the end. I don't think I would change a thing about it, even if I could. This is one of the best stories I've ever read, and believe me, I've read too many to accurately count. Now, I've stopped reviewing every story I've read because I somehow lost my information for this site, and then I forgot it; then I became really busy with school. I'm ashamed to admit I actually stopped reading for a while because I was so busty. But I came back and started reading again, and as I read, the quality of stories has gotten better, and I'm going to create another username so I can begin reviewing again. I loved ATYLB so much! May I asked why you stopped writing it? Is this the end of the story, or have I not found the sequel yet? Please let me know, as I really wish to read more of this story, and I think you ladies are amazing to have come up with something this... well... amazing.
I also wanted to try my hand at guessing the sentence that was so frustrating. My guess is: "So if you hadn't ended up pregnant, you never would have told me, would you?!" she yelled, and jabbed her head sharply at the portrait, face twisting in distaste, "You love him don't you?! What we had wasn

Why did you stop publishing ? The story is very intriguing and the triangle between harry, severus and ginny is interesting. And the stop is abrupt, it makes want to know the end all the more. ^^ i hope you'll update one day, pleeease ;)

i appsolutly loved this story you guys did such a good job and wrote it beautifully, and i just love all te twist and turns and how you incoporated both the ginny/harry and harry/snape which i loved and i usually don't read storis that are ginny/harry fics but i trully loved this story, which iam so totally sending my friend this link and i hope you guys will send me updates cause i so want to know whats going to happen, so please keep me updated. ^_^

I've tried to read this story three times and no matter what I do I just cannot read a Snarry fiction with so much Harry/Ginny in it. I honestly don't think this story even belongs with the other Snape/Harry fiction because it feels to Harry/Ginny centric. I really want to like this story, but I just can't find it believable at all. I was expecting Ginny to die or something as a lead in to Harry and Snape's relationship, but Harry loving them both and cheating on his wife with Snape? That's disgusting. I can't have any respect cheaters, and it just makes me dislike Harry in this story. And Snape too for going along with it.

Any Snarry fiction that makes me disgusted with both Snape and Harry really really doesn't belong on my reading list. I'm sorry that this isn't an upbeat "oh holy shit I love this story it's awesome" review, and it's not really constructive. But I just had to put it out there, because it bugs me so fucking bad that I spent a day reading half-way through this thing, AGAIN, only to remember why I left it in the first place. You keep saying it's eventually going to be Snarry, but if it hasn't reached that point seventy chapters in, I've just got to throw in the towel.

....Wow. I just read the whole thing in one day, and seriously...wow. You guys certainly know how to make magic out of prose! I've never been one to read SS/HP before, but you've convinced me. I don't think i would have been able to read this pairing in the stereotypical fanfic style - you know the ones where once the pair discover their feelings, everything's rosy and they set themselves against the world no matter what because after all - they're destined for each other and no one else. But you just made it real. Complicated, heart-breaking, riveting and fantastic! Thank you so much for taking this kind of writing to a new level. :-) Now where's the rest? :-D
