Initial thoughts: AWWWWWW!
Going back and re-reading: This was a very intimate piece, not just because of the sex, because of the closeness and care that these two show for each other. Reading this almost makes me feel like a fly on the wall, looking in at their evening. Its so sad that Harry's unfortunate past at the Dursley's is re-surfacing in his future, and so upsetting that he hasn't really told Draco about how it feels until its a bit too late. My fience and I have a rule, solve problems as they arrive and don't let them fester into something much worse; Harry's discomfort has most definitely been festering.
I adore that Draco seems to know even the slightest detail about Harry, but will admit that he isn't perfect and can't always read him. I've been there and done that too, I thought my other half was upset, when in reality he had a very painful "problem" and was trying his hardest to not ravish me while I was ill! (Though quite why he wanted to ravish me when I was full of cold and my nose was doing a Niagra Falls impression is beyond me! lol!)
This was simply brilliant, and a pleasure to read a fic that doesn't give them a happily ever after - this relationship seems so real, they have problems and they have fights - its all part of being with someone - and you captured everything about that relationship in a one-shot. If I was to summerise Harry/Draco, I would say that they dearly love each other, but as two volatile personalities their fights are just as passionate as their bed activities; however, they are mature enough to solve problems with their relationship and come out smelling of roses.
The oral sex scene was nicely written, and painted a nice image in my head *sigh*.

Hehe that was cute. Draco noticing all those little things...I'm normally not into the fluffy stuff but I enjoyed this. You did well. ;)
