I enjoyed this better, the alternate with her memories changed. I was sad when you killed Draco in the other chapter!

Well, since this is the fanfiction world I love the alternate ending. So much better than the realistic (even though not so realistic) ending. The way it was posed in the alternate ending sounds as if there is a sequal in the making? I'm on board with that. :)

I can tell you, as someone who loves to write (and read, don't forget about the reading) smut, that you're very good at it!
Although I know what you mean about the difficulty of writing it. You really reveal much more of yourself writing the sexual stuff.

Thanks for posting the alternate ending. I remember being a little bummed out by the other ending, although I enjoy the story very much both ways.

While I had always found the original ending powerful, it had also always struck me as not being of a piece with the humorous tone the first chapter starts out with: Hermione's thoughts that she's about to be prodded by someone who hasn't even had the the decency to buy her dinner, first is funny, and her annoyance with Malfoy, at the same time she thinks he's become very attractive, if even more annoying than ever, seems to set us up for one type of fic, while chapter two delivers an entirely different type of fic. I considered that something of a flaw in an otherwise compelling fic. The third chapter, of course, meshes far better with the original tone. The forgetfulness potion is a brilliant touch, because we aren't really witnessing a rape, we're witnessing completely consensual sex between a boyfriend and a girlfriend in an established relationship where she's told him a fantasy and he's going along with her to live it out. So, well done on all counts. The original ending is unique, tragic and horrifying but the alternate ending is fantastic and a lot of fun.

Add all the endings you want! Don't worry, your smut was very naughty :) I'm a fan of happy endings, so this is my favorite ending. Of course, a little angst every now and again is fun to read. Please do write more!

So let's be honest, I didn't think it could get any better than chapter 2 (though I was sorry he died even if he was a rapist), but then I read CHAPTER 3!! OMG, I do not know how you come up with these amazing ideas, but I absolutely love it. Freaking brilliant! Thanks so much!
