Your fic is wonderful.
I remember when I first started reading harry potter slash fanfiction a few years back; there were a lot of "inheritance" fics, where harry was the heir to the four founders and received all these gifts (be them money or magic/power). They were all really good, but then more and more kept showing up, and they started turning into one of the HP fanfic cliches. I hadn't seen one (or at least a really good) for quite some time until I read yours....and you brought new life to this HP fanfiction archetype.
