I like your story so far. However, I think your Hermione started out a little too perfect, as far as every guy in their department drooling all over her plus the workout outfit seemed a little too inappropriate for a work environment. (Workout outfits generally are tight, I agree, but they don't need to show so much skin.) It's hard to believe that Hermione would be the only female in their department as well. Even given her status as a "Defense Mistress" we've seen in the books that there are female aurors, for example, Tonks. Also, I have to wonder, where is Ron? He's supposed to be their best friend, even if he doesn't work with them, we should still hear about him and see him at some point. And does Molly know just how her daughter has been acting? I find it very hard to believe that Molly would allow or approve of that type of behavior from her only daughter.
Other than that I like the tension you have going between Harry and Hermione. This last chapter was definitely my favorite. I didn't like Ginny but then again I wasn't supposed to. I have to say her latest "style" was pretty funny. Just imaging someone with her hair color wearing an outfit like that...oh wow.

you updated!!! woo-hoo!! great chapter i like what you've done with ginny, i haven't read many fics where she is portrayed as a bitch so reading her character in that sense is a great change! bring on harry's two weeks of freedom and hopefully some harry/hermione scenes very soon!!!

Update quick, I love this story. The tension that you are building between harry and hermione is just great. I love that she didn't let ginny bring her to tears either. This hermione is great.

Great story, hope you intend to finish it.

My only recommendation is to try naturalise the dialogue a little, use conjunctions where possible. Basically before writing a line, say it in your head.

Anyway, dont take what i said too harshly, other than that the story is great.
