I enjoyed the interaction with Ginny and Bill. Looks like you are off to a good start. I would like to suggest that in your warnings, you add "young" since Ginny is only 10. Most Weasleycest fics involve Weasleys that are in the usual sexually-active age range. Just a suggestion that might stave off any people intent on flaming you.
