Ch. 6 (Manjari Bar) It amazes me how dense and uncommunicative men can be! How two gay men ever get together after the sex eludes me completely.

Ch. 1 (White Chocolate) After passing up this story (being currently involved in other ongoing WIPs), I decided to give it a look. It seems an interesting premise, to have Harry working for an important but mostly peripheral character such as Ollivander.
Harry's reactions are also intriguingly different from what I've read in other stories. In many tales, he comes off as being overly serious, hotheaded, angry, impulsive and lacking in foresight. In this chapter, he displays a certain amount of humor, thoughtfulness, restraint and consideration as he actually thinks about what his future will hold. Malfoy's decision to sign the contract without looking at it was also curious. You'd think a Slytherin would be more cautious than that.
Seeing as how this chapter was so full of surprises, I look forward to perusing the rest of this story.

Ch. 2 (Chocolate with Nuts)
Why am I thinking about "Brokeback Mountain" all of a sudden? (sniggers)
Isn't this typical of men? Neither of them wanted to admit to ignorance so both of them pretend they know what they're talking about--must have something to do with that same defect that makes them refuse to consult maps... :-P
I was sure that was a Demiguise Harry saved as soon as it disappeared. Again, I'm surprised that Draco was so slow on the ball. And I was wondering why neither of them thought of a Warming Spell to keep Harry from dying from hypothermia. It seems odd that Ollivander would have put a spell on clothes to prevent them from drying quickly. Hmmmm....
Funny chapter, especially with the UST. Very cute.

Ch. 3 (Turtles)
Goodness, this was just too revealing and amusing. Reading about Potter's preferences was an eye opener. He lusts after men and respects women. Ho boy, he's gay all right. Straight men don't respect women, certainly not for their strength, commitment or child-bearing abilities.
Poor guy. He wants the best of both worlds--fun-loving, rollicking hot sex without emotional drama and caring, tenderness that comes from compassionate sentimentality. Good for him but it's definitely a challenge.
Draco's revelations were far more heartbreaking. Okay, maybe not the part about trying on Pansy's clothes...HA! (Oh, I could see that; he'd make a cute girl.) But it must hurt to come down so far in life when you've been on top for so long. The transition would be far harder for him than for Harry, who's been living and dealing with unwanted attention for most of his life.
Let's see what happens next. ;)

Ch. 4 (Chocolate-Covered Cherries)
Awww, that was so cute, having Harry and Draco play with the Demiguises. I figured the creatures would leave hair all over the place, especially if they shed like cats.
I haven't read most of the books (okay, only the first one) and seen only part of the first movie. I remember reading in various fanfics canon about Malfoy's tense relations with his father, his punishment because Hermione got better grades and how Draco was responsible for the death of Harry's hippogriff, Buckbeak. (Perhaps that is what Ollivander is referring to when he subtly accuses Draco of hurting animals.)
Thanks for bringing all that into your story. Whatever it is I don't know about the HP canon will be sorted out later, I'm sure.

Ch. 5 (Espresso Beans in Chocolate)
Clothes that EAT people? Now I know you're making that up. LOL. Maybe this will convince Draco that Harry really isn't a hero. He manages to get out of extraordinary scrapes but he makes mistakes and gets hurt just like other people.
I hope they can use Skele-Gro on that poor man. Then he could get his legs back. As for getting his intestines eaten--he's actually lucky. Gut wounds hurt like hell but they take a long time to kill you. He'll survive. I hope.

Oh, such anger! This is so delicious and funny (though a half-eaten MacNair and kneazle were pretty gross), I can't wait to see what Draco might say to Harry and vice versa.

Sooo need chapter 8! I love the way he jumped in with the concern. Maybe he'll be jealous when Harry gets back. Maybe Charlie could come back with him and mention dinner or something.
